Frequently Asked Questions

How and when do I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and money orders at the time the order is placed.

Should I make a reservation?

It is highly recommended if you want a particular sign. The earlier you reserve the better.

Can I order on short notice?

Of course you can! We will do everything possible to meet your last minute requests.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we are only servicing the city of Bend, Oregon but ask us and arrangements may be possible to service elsewhere.

When do you deliver?

Delivery times are arranged when the order is placed. Generally, for surprises we deliver early mornings to have the surprise waiting!

How will they know who it is from?

We leave a small gift card attached to display signed from the sender.

Do you set up in the snow?

Of course! They look great set up in the snow.

How long is a one day rental?

We generally set up in the early morning hours and remove later that evening after 7pm unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
